About Kriya Veda

At Kriya Veda, we believe wellness is not something borrowed from outside, but an awakening of the inner intelligence already present within every cell of the body. Rooted in the timeless science of Ayurveda, our purpose is to guide you back to that natural rhythm where body, mind, and spirit move as one.

For us, Ayurveda is not just herbs or remedies—it is the art of remembrance: remembering how to breathe with awareness, how to eat with reverence, and how to live with balance. Each formulation, each practice, and each ritual we share is designed to dissolve imbalance at its root and rekindle the original harmony that nature gifted you.

We stand at the confluence of ancient wisdom and modern understanding. While Ayurveda carries the whispers of sages, our approach also respects today’s scientific insights, ensuring that wellness is both profound and practical.

At Kriya Veda, wellness is not a treatment—it is a journey of transformation. A journey where strength arises not from force, but from flow; where healing is not about fighting disease, but about nurturing balance; where you are not just living, but living consciously.

“Wellness is not found in the body, nor in the mind, nor in the soul — it is born only in the silence where all three bow to each other.”

Ayurveda works by balancing your body’s three doshas for better health

Let’s understand :-

Vata Dosha

Vāta Doṣa is the primary governing force for movement, dryness, lightness, and activity within the body. It is composed of the elements Air (Vāyu) and Ether (Ākāśa).

Among the seven dhātus (tissues) described in Ayurveda, Asthi Dhātu (bone tissue) is directly influenced by Vāta. When Vāta is balanced, it supports strength, flexibility, proper posture, and healthy functioning of bones and joints. However, when Vāta becomes aggravated or imbalanced, it manifests as disorders related to the bones, joints, and connective tissues.

Why Bone Pain is Linked to Vāta:
• Dryness (Rūkṣata): Excess Vāta dries up the lubrication in the joints.
• Lightness (Laghu): Bones lose density and strength.
• Movement (Chala): Aggravated Vāta causes unstable or irregular joint movements.

Bone Disorders Related to Vāta:
1. Sandhigata Vāta (Osteoarthritis)
2. Asthi-Kṣaya (Osteoporosis)
3. Katī Śūla (Lower Back Pain)
4. Asthi Śūla (Bone Pain)
5. Fractures & Slow Healing

Pitta Icon

Pitta Dosha

Pitta is the doṣa made mostly of Fire (Agni) with a touch of Water. Its main qualities are hot, sharp, penetrating, oily, and somewhat liquid. Pitta governs all the body’s metabolic and transformational processes (digestion, enzymatic action, pigmentation, heat regulation).

In Ayurveda, the skin (Tvak) is a surface/“upadhātu” nourished by rakta (blood) and mamsa (muscle). Its structure and tone depend on Pitta balance. Disturbance of Pitta directly shows up on the skin.

Pitta-related Skin Symptoms:
• Redness, burning, hot to touch
• Inflammatory eruptions: pimples, pustules
• Fluid-filled rashes, hives/urticaria
• Eczema / dermatitis with redness and oozing
• Rosacea-like facial flushing
• Increased oiliness, freckles, pigmentation

Kapha Icon

Kapha Dosha

Kapha is formed by the elements Water (Jala) and Earth (Prithvi). Its qualities are: heavy, cold, slow, oily, smooth, sticky, and stable. Kapha governs structure, lubrication, immunity, and stability in the body.

In balance, it provides strength, stamina, and moistness of tissues. But when Kapha is aggravated, these qualities increase excessively, leading to blockages, excessive secretions, sluggishness, and congestion — especially in the respiratory tract.

Kapha Disorders:
1. Kāsa (Cough disorders)
2. Śvāsa (Asthma / breathlessness)
3. Pratishyaya (Cold & sinus issues)
4. Excessive mucus (Bronchitis, slow digestion)
